SnapHouse Policies

​Please remember that prep and clean up are included in your reservation time. Book enough time for clean up.

​We are not an event space and we have a max capacity of 10 people.

Glitter, paper confetti, and fireworks are not permitted

​No smoking or drugs are permitted 

​Be courteous of those using the studio before and after you

​We do not provide cleaning supplies

​You may arrive 15 min. early for your shoot, but if there is a shoot before you, we ask for you to wait to enter until your scheduled time.

​Please place all props/equipment back in the original location, place trash in the trash bin.

 Take all personal belongings with you.

​Please be courteous of shoots after you and make sure to exit when your reservation time is up. 

​If any of these policies are violated during your shoot, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees.

No pets allowed without prior consent of a SnapHouse representative.

If renter should violate any items of this agreement, SnapHouse staff will have the right to terminate their occupancy immediately as well as deny them services in the future.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

Use of Company’s Premises and equipment is at Renter’s risk. Renter hereby agrees that Company will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Renter, his/her party or possessions while on the Premises.

 PAYMENTS

In order to confirm and hold a reservation, all rental fees, must be paid in full at the time of booking.​

CANCELLATIONS

All refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original booking.

7 days or more:

A confirmed booking that is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the booking date and time will incur no charges. All payments will be refunded in full.

72 hours:

Cancellations made from 72 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the basic cost of the total studio rental. 

24 hours and less:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking date and time will be charged the full fee of the basic studio rental. 

If SnapHouse must cancel Renter’s reservation, Renter will be given, in Company’s sole discretion, either rescheduling priority or a full refund. Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, or weather.
